DYEING & PROCESSING SECTION:
Total dyeing is being done through our sister M/s Om Processors Pvt. Ltd (An ISO certified unit ) concern having all soft flow computerized machines for dyeing, bleaching & finishing of the fabrics having 450 ton capacity per month.
A Garment is not really complete till the last stitch is perfect in place. Our garment unit are equipped with latest and most modern machines from:
Over locks (four threads) Pegasus
Single Needle Tailoring machine (Brother )
Folding (bone binding machines ) KANSAI SPL JAPAN
Bone Cutter (Revo)
Fabrics cutter (Yamata)
Snap(Poppers) attaching machine from Morito (Japan), (Kana - M - Brand)
Metal & Needle Detector (Hashima Japan)
We have capacity to manufacture 10000 pcs of baby body suits or 5000 pcs of baby sleep suits or 20000 pcs of baby pop over bib PER DAY.
