Quality Policy

At Jagdambay Exports our endeavor always remains to satisfy each and every valuable customer. We are a socially responsible and We are committed to manufacturers & supply quality garments as per customers need & market requirements to their entire satisfaction. we will strive to continuous improve the effectiveness of the established quality management system.

1. We have an independent Quality Assurance Team that ensures quality and system at all manufacturing stages.
2. We follow Quality Circles and Training of all the supervisors and all the worker force on a regular basis.
 
Jagdambay Exports belief is in Total Quality Management and everyone in the company is part of its and responsible for quality. Therefore, the concept of Total Quality Control has become a reality and is being carefully evaluated in the Jagdambay. Our quality checks are at from Inspection of Yarn, Grey fabrics, Dyed fabrics, Cutting, Rough check of garment, final checking & then at Packing stage.

All the processes involved in manufacturing of garments are i.e. from knitting to dispatch are under one roof except dyeing which is got done from our sister concern M/S Om Processors Pvt. Ltd. an ISO:9000 certified unit having most latest dyeing & compaction machines of the glob with daily capacity of 15 ton fabrics.

Whatever may be the machinery installed until and unless there is right- minded workforce good quality machines can also be ineffective. The most important aspect of our organization is that we have a dedicated workforce to monitor each and every process of the garment which is backed by skilled labor. It is our effort to impart training to our workforce and make them know the changes taking place in the industry.

Thus our emphasis is on quality, competitive pricing, service and on quick and timely deliveries.
